1. How does Zero work?
During the day, Zero food partners estimate how much unsold food will remain and place it on the Zero platform. Simply order a Zero food set Suprise Bag with a discount of at least 50% and pick it up at the specified address on the same day within the specified time period!
2. What is a Surprise Bag?
A Surprise Bag is a complete set of surplus food from your chosen Zero partner. Since it is difficult to predict exactly what will be left at the end of the day, each set is unique, but always high-quality and delicious!
3. Can I choose what will be in my Surprise Bag?
The element of surprise is one of the most fun parts of Zero! You won't be able to choose the contents, as our partners can't predict exactly what products will be left over. Your Surprise Bag will depend on the surplus that day, which will be selected and assembled by the vendor.
4. What if I have allergies or special dietary requirements?
We are intermediaries and cannot guarantee the composition of Zero food prepared by the supplier. However, when paying for Zero, you can inform the supplier by leaving a comment about allergens, vegetarian diets, etc.
5. How do I know when to collect my Surprise Bag?
The product cart and order confirmation will indicate the time period within which you must collect your Surprise Bag.
6. What should I do if I can't pick up my order?
Once an order has been placed, it is no longer possible to cancel it.
7. What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
If you had any problems with your order, please contact our customer service team by email at info@zerofood.lt. We will try to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
8. What should I do if I didn't like the contents of the Surprise Bag?
We regret this has happened. To avoid food waste, we encourage you to share unwanted products with friends, family or neighbors who might like them!

1. How to start using the Zero platform and sell surplus food?
It's very simple. Register your business by clicking the "Register" button in the Partner section of our website. A representative from our team will contact you shortly after to help you with the first steps.
2. What is a Surprise Bag?
A Surprise Bag is a package of surplus, unsold food that is selected and fully assembled by the Partner. The exact contents of the selected Surprise Bag are unknown to the customer until they pick up their order.
3. What can I put in the Surprise Bag?
You can put any food and drinks that are suitable for consumption in a Surprise Bag. These can be prepared meals, fruits, vegetables, or products with minor packaging defects.
4. What should I not put in the Surprise Bag?
Expired, spoiled, opened or unfit food cannot be placed in a Surprise Bag. All Surprise Bag products must meet normal food safety standards. Also, food that the customer has identified in the order comments as allergic or of a different (inedible) nature cannot be provided.
5. How can I manage my Zero account?
You can easily manage your account using your Zero Partner account. Here you can set and adjust Surprise Bag quantities, register a new product, view orders, and make other changes. If you need additional assistance, our team is always ready to help.
6. How do customers pay for Surprise Bag?
Customers pay for their Surprise Bag directly through the platform at the time of ordering. There is no need to pay at the checkout.
7. How do customers collect their Surprise Bag?
Customers collect their Surprise Bag at your store location within a set time period that was specified at the time of ordering. When collecting the Surprise Bag, the customer must present the order confirmation.
8. Can I choose when I sell with Zero?
Of course. Use Zero as a "plan B" only on days when you have excess food.
